Shipping Details

(Valid for Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain)

All our products are available within our shop and shipping gets completed within a few working hours and the shipping cost is as follows:

-Free shipping to for orders above 100 Euro.

-For orders below 100 Euro, the shipping cost is 25 € and gets delivered with registered national post within 10 working days

If you order on weekend, the shipping will be on next working day.
Orders with payment to our bank account, will be dispatched as soon we receive the payment (we receive instant notification a few minutes after payment is received but we also need you to sent us by email the bank transfer receipt as a typical measure)

Order delivery with a courier company of your choice

If you wish your order to be delivered by a courier company of your choice, then please select payment by bank transfer and inform us by email which company and which date your order will be collected from our address (courier charge is customers responsibility).

How will I be informed of the order status?

We will sent you emails during the execution and shipping of your order.

Why my order is not delivered yet?

Please inform us of your order No and we will get reply you with expected delivery date from the transport company.

A delay may occur in the following case:
-difficulty in contacting (please type your email correctly and check your spam/junk folder)
-payment delay
-delivery address was not clear to the delivery service
-extreme weather conditions or strikes

Can I add a 2nd address or change the existing address?

For your convenience, in the address of your account, you can a define a 2nd address, ie ‘Home’ or ‘Office’for delivery to your working place or another location. To do so, login to your account by clicking on Login and then click on My Addresses and select ‘Add an address’. You can change any details of your address anytime, by clicking on My Addresses and selecting ‘Update'.
