Product Returns

We are sure that you will be 100% satisfied by our product quality.

You have the right to request a return for the product(s) you purchased within 15 calendar day from the day you receive your order. Returns are accepted if the returned products are in the same condition as you received them. Please preferably contact us as soon as possible in the case of returns. The following 3 cases apply for returns:

1.We replace the product and we ship it free to you plus we return the amount of original shipping cost:

-if we sent you wrong item. We will then sent you the correct item. If the product doesn’t exist anymore then you can ask for a refund of the price you paid for the product or you can select another product of the same or higher value.

-if the product is faulty (although we always check product quality before shipping). A faulty products is replaced with another same exact product and in the same size. In such case we will dispatch it as soon we receive its replacement from the clothing provider company (that is within days).

2.We exchange a product with free shipping to you:

If you are not happy with the size or are not satisfied by the product. We can exchange it with any other product, size or brand you wish. If you wish an exchange, then please inform us of what product code from which order you need to exchange and with what product code & size available on our site. Return of products is at customers charge (unless agreed differently by email).

3.Refund:

If previous cases are not appropriate to you, then we will refund you the price you paid for the products with the same method you used for your payment.

Returns Conditions:

- Inform us within 10 days from the date you received your order by email or by Contact Form including the order number, products codes you wish to return. In case of exchange, please include in the description which product and size you exchange.

- Make the return to us within 15 calendar days from the order delivery, including purchase receipt

- Clothing labels and price tags must be in the original delivered status (not removed, altered or damaged).

- Return products in their original status as they were delivered to you, without ironing, washing, dry cleaned or subjected to any cleaning method. The clothes shouldn’t be worn other than testing the size and fit (ie they shouldn’t look as if they were used).

- The return of products must happen in one stage and not in separate shipments.


Note: The refund for the prices you paid for the products will be returned to your bank account in case the order was paid by bank transfer or to Paypal in case the order took place by Paypal. The account holder must be the same as the one who originally ordered.The refund will take place within 5-10 days from the date we receive the returned products. Shipping costs will be refunded in the case of faulty product.

Returns Procedure:

- Inform us what you need to return.
- Place the product to be returned in a suitable package.
- Include the purchase receipt.
- The returns must be posted to Top Ten, Lauriou 99A Avenue, Peania, Attika, Greece, Tel: +302106645524.

We will inform you within 2 working days from the moment we receive your returned products, by email or by telephone that we accept your return. Our company has the right not to accept returns or replacements only in the above conditions are not met within acceptable frame and in such case the product will be returned to the customer. In case needed, the proof of returning the products in time,will be the stamp/printed shipping document of the transport company you selected. The successful return or the product is necessary to assume that its customer responsibility.
