Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages and images from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.

Contract

By submitting the order form provided on our Website to us you are placing a binding offer for a purchase contract with us. You submit an offer by entering all required information during the ordering process and posting the order form to us by using the relevant order confirmation button. Before you submit your offer you will be able to view the details input by you and correct any mistakes in the information provided.

On receipt of your order we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and stating the details of your order. Please note that our order confirmation does not constitute a declaration of acceptance of your contractual offer but serves for information purposes only.

A purchase contract between you and toptenfashion.gr will become effective only after we have accepted the offer by dispatching the goods ordered. If payment in advance was chosen as payment option, the goods will be dispatched only after the full amount has been credited to our account.

toptenfashion.gr has the right to refuse any offer without stating a reason, especially if there are legitimate grounds to suspect that the goods purchased via the internet are intended to be resold on a commercial basis.

Cancelation, Exchanges, Returns of products

You have the right to cancel your contract in relation to products purchased from toptenfashion.gr, without any penalty and for any reason, by notifying toptenfashion.gr in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days, from the day you receive the products. In this case you will receive a full refund of the price of the products including standard delivery costs, if any have been paid (but excluding supplementary costs for expedited delivery options, gift wrapping and other additional expenses).

You should return the products to toptenfashion.gr within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date you notify toptenfashion.gr of the cancellation, in the same condition in which you received them, with secure packing of relevant products and sending them at your own risk and your own expense. You must take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

Exchanges are allowed for any other product, size and brand if requested not later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the products by informing toptenfashion.gr.

To return or exchange products:

-you should notify us in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received the products.

-the products should not have been washed or damaged or used (except from testing its size fit).

-the identification tags should still be attached to the products

-the products should be returned, complete and unused (except from testing its size fit), with an appropriate packaging.

-the products should be returned to toptenfashion.gr within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date you notify us of your decision to cancel.

If you choose not to exchange the product we will process the refund due to you within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of cancelation notification. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. You may be liable for, and we may deduct from any refund due to you, any diminution to the value of the returned products caused by your handling of the products, save to the extent necessary to ascertain the characteristics, functions or nature of the products. Other than as set out herein, you will not incur any fees as a result of your request for reimbursement.

The cancellation right does not apply to swimwear and socks due to hygiene reasons.

Refund

The amount paid for returned items shall be refunded by toptenfashion.gr to the individual who made the payment. toptenfashion.gr will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. toptenfashion.gr shall not be responsible for any delay caused by for example by by credit card/debit card companies refund policies, payment by PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card; payment made by cash on delivery: you will be refunded the amount you paid for the products returned to the Bank account you indicate when requested. The refund amount will be credited when toptenfashion.gr accepts your return.

No warranties

Claims based on defects in the delivered goods shall be governed by the applicable legal provisions, to the exception that any claims for damages relating to defects shall be subject exclusively to section Liability below.

Liability

toptenfashion.gr will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

-for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or

-for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.

These limitations of liability apply even if toptenfashion.gr has been expressly advised of the potential loss.

Exceptions

Nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit; and nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit toptenfashion.gr liability in respect of any:

Without prejudice to toptenfashion.gr other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, toptenfashion.gr may take such action as toptenfashion.gr deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Assignment
