Stand up, relax and by wearing your underwear only, measure your perimeter in centimeters (without tensioning the tape). In the case the measurement is between two sizes, the order the smaller size for a tighter fir or the bigger size for a more comfortable fit.

Chest Perimeter: Measure under your hands/armpits, around the fullerst part of your chest.

Waist Perimeter: Measure just under the waist (in the part you normally wear you trousers belt).
